PAYMENT
Payment is made in full at time of placing your order. Payment is made through WorldPay, a secure payment gateway, who accept all major credit cards, switch and other debit cards.
NOTIFICATION OF ORDER
When you have placed your order through the secure server WorldPay.com you will automatically receive an e-mail receipt of your purchase. Please save this or print it for future reference.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may cancel your order, your right to cancel ends on the expiry of 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. A deduction may be made from the refund for the cost of collecting the goods if these have not been returned to us. Return carriage costs cannot be refunded. Please note this applies to all products in our on-line catalogue except made to measure and items worked on for customers.
FAULTY GOODS
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) you are allowed a reasonable amount of time to establish that the goods are in conformity with the contract. If the goods are rejected because they do not conform to the contract you are entitled to a full refund. After this period up to 12 months from the purchase date if any product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects we will arrange repair or replacement of the faulty item at our discretion. Before returning any item it is essential that you contact us first for a returns note number and the address to send the goods to.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Carriage charges are £50.00 per order to most UK mainland destinations.
